Our service can be a personal, emotional journey, we take steps to ensure your interests are at heart and will work at a pace suitable for you. 


What areas do you cover?
We are based in the South UK, covering a vast area of the South West and East. Your consultation can be taken in the comfort of your own home, in a shopping area close to you, or more convenient pre-arranged location if preferred.

What is the best location for my consultation? 
If we are tackling the wardrobe, ideally this would be at your home. Colour Analysis and Style Consultations can take place in many other locations including the local shops. We will discuss with you the most convenient.

How long does a Personal Style Consultation last and what is involved?
The choice is yours. It depends on your objectives, your budget and in some cases your circumstances. 
A typical bespoke consultation can take place as follows: 
3 hours at the wardrobe - we'll help re-organise, re-vamp and re-develop your wardrobe, putting things together you may not have done in the past. 
By detoxing the wardrobe, you will have a better knowledge of what you really need to shop for, so we'll help you create a shopping list for our next meeting, shop in the afternoon together or you may choose to shop in your own time. 

2-4 hours shopping - following the wardrobe consultation, we'll visit stores you shop in, stores you don't and fill the gaps in your wardrobe with inspirational items, key pieces and flattering apparel. You'll learn so much more than you did before!

This is an example of typical consultation, you may choose less time, you may choose to organise your wardrobe yourself using our online stylist, or perhaps just see us for an hour or two at the shops. We can give you guidance on how long to take based on your objectives. 
We don't always see our clients at their home, it may be a coffee shop for an informal chat, it could be with a friend; wherever you will feel most comfortable and get the best from your consultation.


Before you take or book your consultation, we will always have a chat over the phone to put you at ease and understand your objectives completely. 


How experienced are your stylists? 
Emmeline has trained and worked with her team personally to ensure each member delivers a high quality service to fulfil your requirements. Emmeline is a trained Image Consultant with many years experience in the fashion industry to give you the best advice. This experience and knowledge is passed on to team members to ensure consistency and quality is a priority throughout.

How can I pay?
We offer many flexible ways to pay.
You can choose to pay online - each service/gift has a link to paypals secure payment process in which you will be prompted to enter your payment amount and details. This is one of the safest ways to pay with no extra charge.
Or you may wish to get in contact with us to arrange an invoice to be sent to you with all payment options available.

Do I pay for my consultation in advance? 
Not necessarily.
For personal style consultations, packages and style parties we simply ask for a 50% deposit to secure your consultation and the date if chosen. The balance is then payable in cash on the day or via paypal/cash prior to our meeting.
All Online Personal Stylist, Gift and Shop payments must be made in advance.

What days and hours of the week do you operate? 
Our normal office hours are 9am-5pm. However we understand life can be hectic and are flexible to accommodate your requirements with consultations; weekends, evenings, weekdays and even some bank holidays!
Some people prefer style parties in the evenings at weekends, some working clients prefer saturday during the day, others prefer while children are at school.

How far in advance should I book?
There is no length of time that will affect your consultation date, with the exception of availability. The earlier you book, the more likely you will have the date you choose, but last minute bookings are always an option too. We are flexible to accommodate your needs.

Booking 
You can make a booking or request for a gift by contacting us via email, telephone or directly online. 
Before making payment, it is not essential, but you may wish to discuss your requirements and ensure you are choosing the right consultation for your objectives. We will discuss the details with you and so that you are clear on what we will achieve during your consultation and any costs relating to your requests.

To book online, simply click here. This link will take your straight through to paypals secure site where you can enter your payment details and a message if necessary. Please ensure you know the amount you are paying before you link to paypal as you will be requested to enter the amount. All payment costs are detailed with each service, please contact us if you are unclear. 
If you are paying online, please ensure we have your contact details so that we can discuss the service with you.

Bespoke Personal Stylist, Packages and Style Parties all require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be payable on the day of your consultation if not before. 
Extra time on day of consultation can be taken if required at the time. We always allow extra time to give you maximum flexibility. Any additional costs incurred will be discussed with you at the time of your consultation.

Gifts and Online Stylist Services require full payment at time of booking
Gifts: If the consultation you are booking is for another person, full payment should be made prior to the gift certificate being sent to the recipient. Please allow 5 working days for gift certificates to be sent by post and 2 working days by email. Gift certificates hold an expiry date of 12 months from date of purchase. Only under certain circumstance will certificates be accepted after the expiry date.

Online Stylist: In order for us to give you as much detailed and accurate information as possible, please ensure you provide us with the complete request for information. Failure to do so may result in in-accurate feedback. The information should be emailed in a multi-readable format (i.e jpeg/tif/pdf/word etc). 
Your Style Profile will be sent to you in pdf format via email. Please ensure you have our emails filtered to 'safe' so that you do not miss out!

NB. All information received will be acknowledged with a receipt, if you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours, please contact us  

Cancellation
Bespoke Personal Stylist, Packages and Style Parties are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation no refund will be made with the exception of extreme circumstances. Any other changes to your chosen consultation date/time/recipient should be made no less than 48 hours in advance of the consultation date. We are flexible to accomodate your requirements, however, failure to give at least 48 hours notice of any change will result in an additional administration charge of £50
Online Stylist and Gift services are non refundable. 

Customer Satisfaction
We want to ensure that you are happy with the time you spend with us, therefore we would be delighhted to have your feedback both positive and negative. We are always looking at ways in which we can improve our services and believe you are the best person to ask! You can contact us with your comments by clicking here
However, after each consultation you are given the opportunity to feedback verbally. We will also send you a short feedback form after your consultation so that you can give anonymous honest answers if you wish.

Personal Information
All information that you discuss with your stylist and that we hold on file is purely confidential. We may take notes during our meetings to discuss with you in future correspondence. This is never shared with any third parties. 

We hope you will also want to hear from us again and will ask if we can use your email address to send you style updates on regular occasions. Your information is kept private, never passed on to a third party or shared with anyone else without your permission. If you do not wish to receive such updates, you should let us know as soon as possible. You are reminded of this with details of how to unsubscribe on every update we send.
